Working in financial crime prevention can be tough, even more so as an MLRO. Navigating a constantly evolving regulatory environment, striking the right balance between meeting business objectives and adhering to compliance requirements, and communicating complex and sensitive information clearly to both internal teams and external regulatory bodies are no easy tasks - especially for first-time MLROs.

That's why The Institute is preparing to roll out its MLRO Mentorship Programme.

We are inviting seasoned MLRO with a wealth of knowledge and experience to join our Mentorship Scheme and guide the next generation of MLROs.
